Fire Of the Maya is a kindling tinderstick and it's 100% natural, harvested from stumps of dead pine trees (NOT rainforest)

We have poetry in our souls so because it comes from Honduras, home of the legendary Maya, we decided to name it Fire Of The Maya. Surely the Mayans used it to light their fires.

It's environmental credentials are so sound that it's Green Cross Certified by Scientific Certification Systems and more new seedlings are planted than the number of dead stumps removed !

It has a high natural resin content which smells great and means you can light it with a single match and it burns with a hot, sustained flame. We use only one or two sticks to light a fire and half a stick for a BBQ, no other kindling is necessary. Great for lighting fires in fireplaces, campfires, chimeneas, BBQ's, wood stoves and storm kettles and what's more it can be stored indefinitely and will burn even when wet.
